The organization Omni-African Collective that we have, is grounded in research-based organizing. Meaning that when we do things we have to plan all the way to the end. That means we have to assess the risk, reward, response, and whether or not we have what we need to execute our objective.
I know the work we do can be dangerous and that’s why its vital to stress the importance of preparation and a key component to that developing your mind so you can think not only while you’re studying but think quick on your feet several steps ahead.
I’m not doing some elitist competitive intellectual shit, I’m preparing our people to win , and that means we need to study our enemies, study ourselves, and be able to bring our scientific research to life by applying it to how we organize.
